This is Cub Lake in the Rocky Mountain National forest. Its a six mile hike round trip and completed an awesome day of photo shooting before the sunset behind the mountains. Hope you enjoy

For some reason i am completely drawn to this photo. I mean dont take this in a bad way, but there is nothing particularly remarkable about the shot - but i love it! The way the tree line draws you into the photo to the mountain is great compsition. I'mvery curious to see what this would look like at sun set or rise, and maybe from an angle where the mountain isnt quite so centerd. maybe just a smidge lower for the camera. Oh and the orange blurry thing on the left side of the photo needs to be cropped.

Very beautiful classic photo. i like.

Thx Mate... this picture was taken at Sunset... I started the hike at about 3pm and its about an hour hike when ur fresh. I had already been hiking all morning so it took me considerably longer so I was basically scrambling to get up to the lake before the sun set... The blurry thing is my hand unfortunately I dont have blinders for me camera and the sun was glaring bad so I was attempting to block it and I got my hand ever so slightly into the shot. I keep meaning to crop it out and resubmit but I nvr seem to.

Ohhhhh which one to fav??? faving both would be stupid...ah decisions at this time in the morning!!! This one too is stunning however, oh but the colour is stunning on this one too.... Argh. Right. Yes.
