As we approached the park it looked like we were in for some storms during our hike, but the weather cleared up and turned into a nice day.

Why do you do this to me? You put up two favouriteable photos at the same time and make me choose which one to fav. I love the colours on this.. might have a go at painting it! As previous commenter said good 3rds and all that. Once again blownover.

This is a beautiful picture. Your eyes start at the top with the ever prominent cluds but the closeness of the grass in the foreground works wonderfully to draw the viewer's eyes downward past the mounds to the bottom, then your eyes want to look up at the sky again. It's composition into thirds was done incredibly well. Bravo on a good job.
